Truck ScalesThe BMS HD truck scale is a heavy duty vehicle scale with a checkered steel deck driving surface. This rugged scale is ideal for users who require long-lasting performance for moderate to heavy traffic and axle loads.
The BMS HD truck scale is rugged yet cost effective due to the structural integrity and efficiency of the Bridgemont design. The sandwich steel deck design and continuous welding throughout the structure provide outstanding strength and durability. The scale’s low profile cuts down on overall space requirements and cost by using a shorter approach area.
The BridgeMont Heavy Duty Steel Deck Truck Scale is an outstanding design that incorporates the most advanced engineering and production technology. Extra-long truck scale options
The BridgeMont BMS-HD is also available with extra-long, 25 ft length modules which allows more room on the scale for longer vehicles. For example, a 75’ truck scale consists of only 3 modules and 8 weight sensors, making it a cost effective choice by limiting the number of foundation piers that are required versus competitive offerings that limit up to 20ft.
With a wide variety of capacities and sizes, up to 135 tons, this vehicle scale can handle a wide range of trucks and configurations.
Galvanized truck scales for added durability
This steel deck truck scale can be galvanized for total corrosion resistance and maximum surface durability. The entire module of the truck scale is hot dipped in molten zinc so that all surfaces are coated, inside and out, making the scale highly corrosion resistant and greatly extending its life expectancy in corrosive applications.
Multi-platform axle weighers
These truck scales are also available as a multi-platform system, providing accurate axle weighing plus a legal-for-trade gross weight in a single action. Truck scales that are configured for one-stop axle weighing combine multiple independent scales in a common foundation and are designed to accommodate the vehicle’s axle spacing.
