The QTLTS class II and III forklift scale allows you to weigh loads without altering your normal forklift truck routine. It is the ideal solution for monitoring loads handled by forklift trucks.
The QTLTS forklift scale is extremely accurate, consistently providing 99% or better weight accuracy of the applied load regardless of the position of the forks or mast.
In many operations, weighing is considered an extra step that takes too much time. It’s easier to estimate the weight than travel to a oor scale and wait for access. Guessing costs businesses millions in revenue every year. A forklift scale allows seamless integration of weighing and data management into your operation – without adding any extra steps or route changes.
The QTLTS Forklift Scale System was specifically developed for industrial/commercial applications and incorporates design features to weigh accurately under all conditions. The QTLTS is one model in a long line of reliable, robust forklift scales from Avery Weigh-Tronix going back over 25 years. We have the experience and knowledge to meet your needs.
The scale is attached to the existing forklift carriage and uses the forklift’s stock forks. If needed, the scale and instrument system can be moved to another truck in minutes. The QTLTS is the solution for monitoring loads handled by forklifts that do not require legal-for-trade accuracy. The QTLTS consistently provides 99% or better weight accuracy of the applied load regardless of the position of the forks or mast. The Quick Tach scale carriage attaches to an existing forklift carriage and withstands up to 200% of full capacity applied anywhere up to 24” from the frame and side loads up to 100% of full capacity.
The forklift scale carriage is comprised of two metal plates coupled together by four high capacity Weigh Bars.
The instrumentation is designed exclusively for the forklift vehicle. It incorporates design technologies to withstand the environmental and warehouse jolts common in forklift applications.
The Avery Weigh-Tronix QTLTSC system monitors the orientation of the scale and maintains accurate weight readings even if the forklift is on unlevel ground, the mast is tilted, or the pallet load is o -center. The forklift drivers are not required to jockey the mast or the position of the load on the scale.
The accurate weighing performance of the QTLTSC has been validated by NCWM (National Conference on Weights and Measures) to weigh legal-for-trade even when tilted:
This electronic scale design has no mechanical exures or springs to in uence the weighing performance.
The FLI 225 instrument provides a simple, no-nonsense solution through classic or enhanced operation for capturing weight and supplying it to a peripheral device.
The FLI 425 instrument simultaneously displays multiple elds of data, assisting the operator with a visual reference. Data can be stored on-board or instantly transmitted wirelessly to a local or global network.
